Private Chef Services and Pricing
As a private chef, I prepare and serve multiple meals for my client and their family each day. Generally, I would be responsible for all things related to food preparation and meal service, including safe and sanitary food handling practices, kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, maintaining kitchen inventories, and grocery shopping. Private chefs are not responsible for housecleaning, childcare, personal valet, and/or general house management.
I can provide the following services:
- PRIVATE Chef Service: Full- or part-time service one - five days each week
- Short- or long-term contracts can be easily negotiated
- Intimate dinner parties (4 - 8), Larger groups (10 +)
- Romantic dinners for two
- Holiday gatherings and special events
- Business Luncheons
- Plated, family style, or buffet service
- Catering coordination or party planning
- Cooking classes; individual or group; adults, teens, or young children
- Menu planning
- Wine-Food pairings and wine cellar management
Each client will have different needs and expectations so the exact details pertaining to the services I would be expected to provide would be discussed during the in-depth client assessment and clearly explained in the performance contract. For this reason, salaries/wages can vary significantly. My salary or hourly rate would be based upon the scope and complexity of responsibilities and would be negotiated with each client, then captured in our contract.
